Consultation & Supervision

I provide psychotherapy to adults and seniors. I work from a very warm, compassionate, client-centred approach. Although my theoretical orientation is primarily Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), therapy is tailored to each client. I serve clients presenting with the following:

  • Anxiety
  • Depression/Mood Disorders
  • Life Transitions
  • Interpersonal Relationship Issues
  • Separation/Divorce
  • Adoption
  • Self-Esteem Issues
  • Stress Management
  • Psychosis/Schizophrenia
  • Sleep Disturbance
  • Grief and Loss
  • Personal Growth and Exploration

I believe passionately in a caring, strengths-focused, collaborative approach to therapy.
